Movie tickets may be refunded within 10 minutes of the movie's start time. Tickets purchased online can be cancelled and refunded 24 hours prior to the movie showtime.
All tickets are allocated seating. If you arrive after the lights have gone down, you may have trouble finding your seats.
Talking & Phone Policy
We have a no talking policy during films. If another member of the audience asks you to stop talking, please do so. If you are talking, you will be given one warning from theater staff. If the problem persists, you will be asked to leave the theater without a refund.
Phone use is not permitted in the theaters, with no exceptions. The light emitted from phones is disruptive. This includes social media, texting, checking the time, etc. You will be asked to leave without a refund.
The theater will cease selling tickets 15 minutes after the movie begins.
Outside Food and Drink
Patrons are not permitted to bring outside food and drink into the theater except for food and drink from Café Lumiere.
All tickets are reserved seating. If you arrive after the posted showtime, the theater lights have gone down and you may have trouble finding your seats.
Currently, we honor MoviePass cards. Users must reserve tickets using the Movie Pass app in advance of the desired showtime.
The theater allows children, accompanied by an adult, to come to screenings at the parental figure’s discretion.
All of our theaters are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair accessible entrance is through Cafe Lumiere on Calle Prinicpal.
Complimentary assisted listening devices are available upon request.
